My dear Prime Minister of India,

I am writing you this bewildering letter, but just hold on – and don’t get upset about it; because I know you have done that whole your life – getting upset & doing nothing! So I am writing you this letter not because you are the Prime Minister of this big country; but because an upset Prime Minister – which cost a lot to you first & then the country & thereafter the whole world at large.

Why you are upset is not a question to be explained – a Caption of sinking ship has to get upset. And coalmen (now a days you call them Members of Parliament) who have to fuel this ship are not at all interested to fuel the ship – but they try hard to throw you out from your chair! It’s a joke for you. You know very well, ship is going to sink at any time and nobody except you can handle it. But other fellows have some sort of excessive confidence within themselves so they feel they should throw you out!

You may get surprised that from where this boy came to know whole this secret, but aware, everybody in the country know it. Passengers in a sinking ship can easily figure out what a tragedy the Caption is facing! That’s why whole the newspapers, TV Channels go on hammering your delicate brain without stop & they suggest you what you should do. But I tell you they themselves are very upset. You know too. So you never hear them seriously.

What point I am making here writing you this confidential letter is, you just come to my city on official tour because here is raining beautifully & we will enjoy the rains & I will tell you the other part of secret while we enjoy hot coffee in some restaurant.

Don’t be hurry – nobody should know you are visiting me; otherwise whole the parliament will come behind you & I am warning you I don’t have a single penny to pay their coffee bill. I am keeping them unaware of this letter & if they read this they will not be in position to figure out what it is & some of them are already illiterate!

If you don’t come & ship suffers any rigorous losses furthermore, don’t blame that citizens in India never cared for you – I am caring for you.
